How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated on a per pound basis. Depending on how much the package weighs that determines the shipping cost. In some cases when ordering seats and body work the shipping is determined on the size of the box it has to be shipped in.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Depending on where you live shipping is anywhere from 2 to 5 business days.

How do I return items?

You may return any unused item within 30 days of purchase. NO Return Authorization is needed. Simply return the item with a copy of the invoice and a brief note explaining the reason for the return. Please include a daytime phone number on the note in case there are any questions concerning your return. Items must be returned in NEW or UNUSED condition. Please take care to properly package the item so that it will not be damaged in shipment. Packages damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging will NOT be accepted. American Power Sports reserves the right to refuse any item for return. If you have any questions about returning an item please call Customer Service at 440-564-8100.

Please Note: If returning an item via US Mail please make sure the PO Box is included on the shipping address.

Why is my credit card declining?

Some of the reason for credit card declines, are the credit card has not been activated, you just made a deposit or payment that does not post right away, the expiration date is wrong, and the billing address does not match the bank records. Any of these problems will delay the shipping of your order please make sure all information is correct when placing your order.

Why can’t I ship to my friends house?

Due to the increase in credit card fraud we can only ship to the credit card holders billing address or place of employment.
